Heather Anne Thomas (born Heather Anne Thomas) is an American writer, actor and activist. She became famous for playing Jody Banks on the The Fall Guy, an Adventure series. Her television career began as a child when she was selected as a host for the NBC series 'Talking with a Giant'. The ULCA graduated then appeared in a variety of guest appearances on the show, including 'California Fever", 'Co-Ed Fever" and 'The misadventures o Sheriff Lobo". The breakthrough came in 1981 when she got roped in to play a main character in The Fall Guy. Thomas was a regular on the five-year show became a massive hit in many states. Over the years, Thomas has appeared on numerous television shows and in films. Her most notable film appearance was the one in 1987's made-for-tv "Ford: The Man and the Machine', which earned her a Gemini Award nomination. Thomas began to lose interest in acting and she shifted her focus on personal issues, decided to stop her acting career in 1998. Alongside creating and releasing scripts Thomas also acts as active in the community.
